Stardust- the futuristic Cafe Racer by Maratha (India)


Since Café Race were invented,  they are considered as a high performance, powerful and reliable ride, easy-to-handle, stylish and full of aggressive attitude.  With the right touch up a Cafe Racers could be very unique in presence. The all new build of Maratha Motorcycle, inspired by multifaceted radiant diamond(!) is surely a gem in the recent Cafe racer chapter – Stardust, the bike is based on a Royal Enfield Classic 350cc bike.


Shrikant N. Dalvi of Mumbai based Maratha Motorcycle, the key person behind the build, shared the detailed alternation on the build, “Stardust is Maratha Motorcycles crafhouse Cafe racer creation inspired from multi- facet radiant diamond. The beast is covered with ChromaFlair paint (when the paint is applied, it changes color depending on the light source and viewing angle) made possible by royal pearls that represents grains which are solid refractory pieces of individual presolar stars.
  • Tyres adds the starvalue which are manufactured in England and equipped with custom 16 inch spoke wheels.
  • Rear seat cowl replaces the pillion riders portion of the seat. Aesthetic looking cafe racer cowl effectively making Motorcycle solo riders identity.
  • Keeping the crafthouse uniqueness maintained the cafe racer framehand grip, foot controls are customized in-house.
  • Hand chamfered custom exhaust and hand crafted fuel tankside panels, rear cowl adds individualism to the beast.
